Never include these in a support request
Support will never ask for any of the following, and you should never submit them through this form:
- Passwords or verification codes
- Bank credentials or full card numbers
- NRIC or other national ID numbers
- Unredacted payslips or statements
- Backup files (
.varuno.json) — they contain your full financial history
